Welcome to the Henriksen Lab website! The lab is located in the sub-basement of the historic Crow building at Washington University in St. Louis. Here our group seeks for unusual and unexpected properties of low-dimensional materials, with a particular focus on atomic crystals of graphene and other single-atom-thick systems. We utilize a combination of electronic, optical, and thermodynamic measurement approaches to understand the novel quantum electronic phases that arise in custom-fabricated devices.
